Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can send you samples of any of our wedding invitations in your chosen colour. Samples are sent with standard wording and are not personalised.
Can you make my wedding stationery in my colour scheme?
Yes, all of our collections can be made in many different colours.
Can I choose my own wording?
We provide examples of some wording that can be used on your wedding invitations, but we are more than happy for you to supply us with your own.
Can I book a diary slot in advance?
Yes, we can book you in the diary up to a year in advance.
How do I book a diary slot?
To book a diary slot please fill in the order form sent in your sample pack (it can also be downloaded from the website) and return it to us with your 50% deposit.
Do you need to know my numbers for my on the day stationery?
We ask for approximate numbers for your on the day stationery so we can book you a relevant diary slot. These numbers can be increased, but only reduced by up to 15% nearer the time.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 20 invitations. This does not apply to other stationery items.
How can I pay?
Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer, but you can also pay by Cheque or PayPal.
How soon will my wedding stationery order be shipped?
When you place an order you will be sent an order confirmation which will have an approximate despatch on it. Shipment depends on our availability at the time of ordering.
What are the delivery charges?
For orders under 2kg = £9
For orders over 2kg = £15
Table Plans = £10
For orders to UK Islands and Scotland Highlands please contact us for delivery charges.
Can I order more items at a later date?
We highly recommend that you order a few extra invitations at the time of ordering, but if you find that you need more then please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your wedding stationery order you may do so, but once the deposit has been paid this is non-refundable. If work has commenced then we may need to collect the final payment to cover the costs already incurred. See our terms and conditions for full details.
